Delete your ByVeya account

You can permanently delete your account from the ByVeya mobile app: open More, choose Settings, then select Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm before deletion begins.

Request deletion online

Sign in to your client portal and open account settings to submit the same deletion request. If you cannot sign in, email our privacy team from the address associated with your account.

What is deleted

We delete your client profile and associated projects, documents, communications, analytics data and stored files. Records that must be retained for tax, fraud prevention, legal claims or statutory audit obligations are restricted and retained only for the applicable period. Encrypted backups may take up to 90 days to expire.
