How fast does the AI call after form submission?
By default, the call is triggered instantly (0 seconds). You can configure a delay of up to 300 seconds if you prefer to give respondents a moment before calling.
What information does the AI agent have during the call?
The agent receives the respondent's name, email, phone number, and any form answers you've mapped to dynamic variables. This means the AI can reference their specific answers during the conversation.
Can I use my own custom AI agent?
Absolutely. You can use any of the 5 pre-built Speed to Lead templates or connect your own custom-built voice agent. Simply select it in the survey's Settings tab.
How are calls billed?
Each call deducts voice call credits from your account. The system checks your credit balance before placing the call — if insufficient, the call is skipped.
Does this work with existing surveys or only new funnels?
It works with any survey or form. Go to the Settings tab of any existing survey, enable Speed to Lead, select your agent and phone number, and save.
